TERRIBLE. I'd you want to pay a good amount of money for furniture that will not show up to your house on the estimated time go to Ashley. It is ridiculous the amount of times the delivery times are changed and Ashley doesn't take absolutely any responsibility. I got a piece supposed to be delivered 6 months from purchase day. Close to the 6 month, I call and it was re scheduled for about 3 months more, one month after being re scheduled for the first the time, it was extended again few more months. In total, over a year wait for a piece was supposed to be delivered in 6 months.

The store refused to give me back my money although the contract say money reimbursement is case to case review, and you need to cancel 3 days prior delivery day. My delivery day was about 6 months from the day I requested my money back as they keep postponing it. Not my fault and they blanty refused to give my money back! Anyway, they refused to give me my money back, changed my order for another piece that was available immediately and it was delivered the next week. It was not the one I wanted and ultimately need to expend more money in a box spring... It was a terrible and stressful experience.
